InkIt Ghana Limited ("InkIt Ghana", "we", "us", "our") is a sign and digital printing company registered in Ghana, located at Accra-Newtown, Opposite Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Accra. We operate the website inkitghana.com and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Place an order (name, email, phone number, delivery address)
• Create an account (name, email, password)
• Submit a quote request (name, email, phone, company, product details)
• Contact us via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email
• Upload design files for product customisation

We also automatically collect certain technical data: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time of visit — used solely to improve site performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your orders, including production and delivery updates
• To send order confirmations and real-time status updates via WhatsApp and email
• To respond to your enquiries and quote requests within 24 hours
• To maintain your account and order history

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment & Security

Payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. InkIt Ghana does not store your card details. We also accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and cash payments — these are handled at point of sale and no digital record of card data is retained.

All data transmitted through this website is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

5. Design Files & Uploaded Content

Design files (logos, artwork, PDFs) you upload are used solely to produce your order. They are stored securely on our servers for 90 days after order completion, then permanently deleted. We will never use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart active and remember your language preference. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. You may decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.

7. Your Rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@inkitghana.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 14 days.

8. WhatsApp Communication

When you contact us via WhatsApp (+233 555 627 551), your phone number and message content are visible to our customer service team only. We use WhatsApp solely to communicate about your orders and enquiries. We do not add you to broadcast lists without consent.

9. Data Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years as required by Ghanaian business regulations. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Design files are deleted 90 days after order completion.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
